- He waves bye-bye (can't remember if I recorded this already or not)
- He loves food. He eats almost anything and everything. Still never took baby food, but at least now he is old enough to eat a few more solids. He loves bananas (wearing them too), peas, carrots, and chicken to name a few. The boy eats chicken like crazy.
- He loves giving high fives
- He is a chatterbox. He always has something to say, and it's always extremely important. If you don't respond to his "ah!, Oh, mama, baba, da, grunt, grunt," he will speak louder and look straight at you in annoyance until you do respond.
- He has 4 teeth with more on the way based on how he has been acting lately.
- He is always on the go - he wakes up dancing, standing, moving, you name it. I haven't seen him sit still long enough for anything. Completely unlike his sister, he won't sit through books. He will flip through some of them on his own, but he is quickly on to the next thing.
- He enjoys opening and emptying the refrigerator, pulling all the food off the shelves, and pouring syrup all over the carpet.
- Not only does he crawl super fast - the loves standing up. He can stand up by himself for only a couple of seconds. He always has his hand resting on something; while moving, dancing, or squatting to reach something.
- He lives for the outdoors. If an outside door is even slightly ajar - he makes a bee line straight for it. In fact, he tends to throw a screaming fit if he isn't allowed outside.
- He's a busy boy who likes to be included and involved. If I leave the room for any reason, he is quick to follow- afraid he might miss out on something.
- He has gotten taller, and therefore able to reach and get into many more things
- He only has a handful of toys he likes to play with and has a fascination with opening and emptying drawers. His favorite toys are: Eliza's kitchen - he enjoys opening all the cupboards, Eliza's musical walker, my comb, his trucks and trains, balls, and Eliza's play laptop. He loves, loves, loves to push things around the house. It started with the trains - he pushed them all around the kitchen, under the table, under the chairs as if he were moving through tunnels. It was the most adorable thing. If something can slide, he will push it all over the house.
- He has an uncanny way of finding trouble and getting into it quickly. I seriously can't keep up with him.
- I still can't comment enough about his smile. In essence, I wish I could capture all the different dimensions of Zaby's smile.
- He is still the most ticklish little boy I've ever seen. A slight wiggle of your finger on his back is enough to get him reeling.
- Eliza calls him "Bo-Bo," not sure how this one got started - it might just be a shortened nickname of boy-boy. Whatever it is, he responds better to that than he does to his name.
- He learned how to open the toilet lid - he likes to stick his hands in the toilet. There is something about plungers and toilet paper that absolutely fascinate this child.
- He has taken to eating out of the garbage can. At least he goes for the excess food thrown in there from Eliza's plate, but still - he's just so fast, I can't get him to stop.
He is a bursting ball of energy, and busy, busy, busy - always on the move. He's one happy, smiling kid, except when he is not - then the whole house knows. I just can't get enough of his giggles. I sure love this boy to pieces.

Zaby Baby, sounds like you are keeping your Mom BUSY! Wowzers! His smile is absolutely adorable, charming and winsome. Still, I think I'm glad that Annika's not up to quite as much mischief--yet... Their Halloween costumes were EIEIO perfect. Miss you too, Brittney! Wish we lived closer... At least you'll have a place to stop if you ever drive to see family.
