The girl is a natural!! Baby cakes likes to sit on my lap while I play the piano. It's the stillest she ever sits - she doesn't move a muscle for 3 or 4 songs. She watches what I do. Then, I slide her a little closer to the keys. She puts her own hands on the keys. She moves her hands around, stretches out her fingers, and ends up playing some notes with her fists. She's not yet coordinated enough to play with just her fingers.
I love how intensely focused she is in this picture. After a while she gets frustrated because she can't push down all the keys she touches. It's okay Baby Cakes, you have plenty of time to learn.
