A small college campus invites all kinds of creative fund raising ideas. First, Dr. Richards was entered into a kiss a pig contest. Luckily for me, another professors' jar contained more money than Mr. Bruce's.
Second, pie your professor day. Believe it or not, Mr. Bruce actually volunteered to participate in this fund raising event. He was asked to participate in kiss a pig. Because he is fairly new on campus, he actually didn't raise as much money as hoped. A student he will have in class next semester paid a whopping $2.50 to throw a whipped cream pie at this handsome man. I guess I could have bid higher and thrown it myself, but I figured I could throw a pie at him any day for no money. Why not let the prospective student have some fun. Right before she threw it, Bruce told her that he would remember her next semester. I don't know if that made her nervous or she naturally has terrible aim, but as you can see from the following pictures, she got the board more than Bruce.
The results weren't too bad for a mere $2.50.
