I went running 1 time this past week. Once! That's horrible. I didn't even lift weights. My one time running, I only ran 1 mile. I justify that by saying that my 1 measly mile was run in 8:36, but still!! Once! And I call myself a regular exerciser and a marathoner! HA!

I ran zero miles, does that make you feel better? If not, then how about this, If I did run 1 mile, it probably would take me at least 15 minutes, because I wouldn't be able to run the whole time, so then I would get burned out and have to walk. Good job on at least one mile, and your other weeks that you have done better!!
